Students work cooperatively to master challenging material. All students have a voice and are completely submerged in the learning process. Students work in groups to design a 60k bike course with various landmark fractions in equivalent forms. Students are introduced to a bar model and number line and provides students with another opportunity to explore equivalent fractions. This approach fosters student learning and enhances their understanding through enrichment.
